Delivery and payments methods
Free delivery for all orders from Italy over 60 euro; it’s also free for all orders from Germany, France, Spain and United Kingdom over 120 euro.
We deliver also to these countries in Europe: Slovakia, Austria, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, France (Corsica euro 35) The Netherlands, Spain, UK, Denmark, Sweden.
The delivery fee for these countries is 10 euro (except as stated above).
Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovenia, Romania, Bulgaria, Republic of Ireland, Finland, Sweden, Portugal (azores and Madeira 30 euro)
The delivery fee for these countries is 15 euro.
For Greece the delivery fee is 20 euro.
We also ship to these non-EU contries (any custom or duty fee shall be payed by the customer.):
– to Ukraine and Belarus the delivery fee is 35 euro
– to Russia the delivery fee is 40 euro
– to China, Japan, United States of America and Canada the delivery fee is 50 euro
Replacements can be made within 15 days from receipt of the original goods. Delivery costs shall apply to the customer.
Delivery costs shall apply to the customer, except for cases in which the goods have been damaged, or goods different from those specified in the order have been sent.
Delivery shall be made in approximately 3-15 working days.
Delivery could take one day longer for Calabria, Sicily, Sardinia and the Italian islands.
Working days are from Monday to Friday. Please note that our warehouse does not send out deliveries on national holidays.

All prices found on the website in the relevant column are to be considered as including VAT. Prices can be changed at any moment without prior notice and are invalid only in the case of typing errors.
Payment can be made with cards accepted by Paypal. It is not necessary to have a Paypal account to use the service. Simply click on the PAYPAL payment button and select the option “I do not have a Paypal account”. After this it will be possible to insert your credit card details and make the final order. We can be contacted for any problem which occurs during the payment process. We are at your disposal for any help or clarification.
Customers who choose to pay with Paypal will have the relevant amount debited from their personal Paypal account, after which the final order can be made on our website. If the order is cancelled, the total amount will be refunded to the customer’s Paypal account in the period specified by Paypal.
